There is no short cut.

Recently, I always try to discover effective way to be a good professional.
What skill is required to compete others?
What subject should I learn to survive?
What qualificaions should I get to earn big money?
How should I make my career to get better skills?

I have gradually come to conclusion that there is no short cut.
Needless to say, having a good strategy is good for effective business life.
But in my case, the first thing to do is to tackle work to complete.

Actually, I am afraid of being beaten by work.
If I challenge with my best power and I am unsuccessful, I realize reality that I don't want to know.
I am afraid of realizing true thing.
So I try to discover "good" methods to success automatically instead of challenging real world.
This is a kind of escapism.
I have no idea to escape from real world and work on a superficial level.
But subconsciously, I am afraid of challenging things that I really should do.
That's why I try to discover "good" method.

Sometimes knowing reality is tough process.
But I belive that realizing reality is necessary to improve.

my basic motivation

Last week, I participated in seminer of graduate school of professional accountancy with co-worker.
May be, I will not enter this kind of school, but it is very good for me because I again recognized importance of studying something.

Recently, I lost motivation to studying something new because I have beaten by difficult task and proffesional staff that I feel not to catch up with.
I know staff who was fired by firm bacause of inability.
I am a type of man who easily feel pressure under difficult circumstances.

However, I regained energy to work and improve my skill by attending the seminer.
I forgot initial and basic motivation for me to change my job and enter completely new world.
I changed my job in order to re-start my carrer.
I hoped to difficult circumstances and improve my ability to survive this challenging world.

I like to study something new.
It is lucky for me to get new knowledge and experiences by working for firm and clients.
And I choose this kind of job.

Banking industry

My first project is in securities company.
That was really hard for me because of my less knowledg of industry.
May be, next job I am assigned is IFRS conversion project in financial institiution.
So, I have to get knowledge of financial institution.
Actually, I like to enjoy understanding in new world.

I belive that one of the points to enjoy work is to get knowledge in current job.
By reading books, I enjoy understanding of new world as well as improve my required knowledge in next project.

I recommend 3 books related to banking and securities industry.
１．『イラスト図解　銀行のしくみ』
２．『手にとるように金融用語がわかる本』
３．『てにとるように株・証券がわかる本』

I belive that No.1 is really excellnet book for person who is willing to get whole and basic understanding of banking industry.
The title is somewhat too simple, but it contents is deep and interesting.
This book is written by cousulting firm that is specially focusing on strategic planning in banking industry, not by journalist.

No.2 book is also good book who would like to get basic understanding of today's complecated financial products.
No.3 is book easy to understand but it is too basic.
This book is good for person who can't understand difference between equity and bond.

The project was finished.

Last week friday, the FAS157 project I was assigned was finished.
This is the first project for me.
I was really overwhelmed with the task of my responsibility.
I feeled impossible many times because of my low skills.
But as a consultant, I must not say I can't complete this.
Even if it seems really impossible, we should create alternative solutions.
In this first first assignement, I could notice the responsibikity of professional.

I am going to go back office in Kojimachi next monday.
I have some free time called available, so I will improve my knowledge by reaking books and practice acounting.

This is one of the most powerful books I have ever read.
I read 『さあ、才能（じぶん）に目覚めよう』.
This is Japanese version of original book.

This book insists that if you want to accomplish profound achievement, you must focus your strength, not your weakness.

After reading this book, I became very sensitive to other people's uniqueness.

Drinking with friends and carrer consultant

Yesterday, I went to Abitus, accounting school for business person and counseled for learners.
I am also a part time studying counsellor for Abitus students.
I love this job, because I can meet highly motivated people who also have a strong business experiences.

After that, I met friend and carrer consuntant who adviced me to get a new job.
Drinking with various friends is one of the most favorite activity for me.

I think that yesterday, I talked a lot than usual.
I think that I am a type of person who like not only talking but also listeing.
I believe listeing to other idea is very important so that always keep in mind to carefully listening to other pepole's talk.
But yesterday, I 'd like to talk a lot han listen.
May be, the reason to my talking desire is the job of counselling.
The important point of counselling is to listen to those who consult as much as possible.
So, I just focus on listening for 3hours.
Listeng to otehr pepole's talk is really hard work.
Compare to the reading book, meeting people face to face and listeing involves much more imformation.
I must understand those who consult as much as possible .

Therefore, I wanted to talk a lot in the reactionary.
